Orion Placement is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney in York, PA, on-site. You will manage civil matters from evaluation through resolution, drafting pleadings and motions, and developing strategic arguments. The role requires an active PA Bar license and 3+ years of civil litigation experience.

You will handle depositions and court proceedings, communicate with clients, and collaborate with staff to meet deadlines. Growth and meaningful case ownership are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing.
• 3+ years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience independently handling pleadings, discovery, motions, or court proceedings.
• Strong legal research, writing, advocacy, and case management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and communicate effectively with clients.
• Family law litigation experience is a plus, but not required.
