Pay: $108,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Note: Must be a Pennsylvania barred attorney in good standing with 2+ years of civil litigation experience.

- Support and manage a mix of civil litigation matters, including commercial, real estate, and intellectual property related disputes
- Draft pleadings, discovery, briefs, and motions, including pre‑trial motions
- Participate in hearings and litigation proceedings and assist with trial preparation
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex civil litigation issues
- Work directly with clients to guide them through the litigation process and proactively manage risk
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and the broader litigation team on case strategy and execution
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience (Common Pleas experience is a plus)
- Strong legal writing and research skills
- Organized, responsive, and able to manage deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Professional, client‑focused, and collaborative working style
