The role requires admission to the Pennsylvania Bar and 2+ years of civil litigation experience, with on-site work in Lansdale or Pottstown. You will draft pleadings, develop strategies, and appear in court as needed, collaborating with a seasoned team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage civil litigation matters from initial evaluation through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct and defend depositions and participate in discovery strategy.
• Appear in Pennsylvania courts for hearings, conferences, motions, and other proceedings.
• Develop case strategies and advise clients on risks, options, and potential outcomes.
• Negotiate settlements and work toward efficient, practical resolutions when appropriate.
• Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written arguments.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff while independently managing deadlines and caseload responsibilities.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year

Location

This position can be based in Lansdale or Pottstown, Pennsylvania. The role is primarily on site, particularly while getting established with our team and clients. Some flexibility may be available once established.

Note

Candidates must be admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar and have 2+ years of civil litigation experience. This position requires the ability to work primarily in person and attend court proceedings as needed.
