Job summary

Orion Placement is seeking a Pennsylvania-licensed attorney in Camp Hill to represent business clients in civil litigation and related matters. The role offers a built-in client base, mentorship, and growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

The position is primarily in-person in Camp Hill with occasional remote flexibility. 4+ years of practice is preferred, but we welcome candidates who show strong judgment, willingness to learn, and interest in business representation and civil

Qualifications

• Admission to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court is required.
• 4+ years of legal practice experience preferred, but not required.
• Civil litigation, commercial litigation, business law, contracts, employment, or real estate experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client matters while remaining responsive and organized.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to continue learning.
• Portable business, business ownership exposure, or experience working closely with business owners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent business clients in civil litigation and a variety of day-to-day legal matters.
• Advise clients on contracts, business formation, employment matters, and real estate issues.
• Manage litigation matters from initial strategy through resolution, including hearings, negotiations, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Draft and review agreements, pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents.
• Build trusted relationships with existing clients while helping expand long-term business relationships.
• Manage a varied caseload while providing responsive, practical, business-minded legal advice.
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas and benefit from mentorship.
• Gradually assume responsibility for an established book of business as part of the firm's succession plan.

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Location:
