Confidential Employer in Sewickley, PA is seeking an attorney with 2+ years of civil litigation experience to manage a diverse caseload and advance high-quality legal work. The role offers autonomy, opportunities to own cases, and a pathway to more flexible work arrangements after onboarding.

Responsibilities include drafting motions, taking depositions, researching, and negotiating toward favorable outcomes while collaborating with senior attorneys in a supportive environment.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of civil litigation experience preferred; candidates with 2+ years and substantial insurance defense experience will be considered.
• Experience with depositions, motion practice, and substantive legal writing.
• Background in insurance defense, general liability, workers' compensation, or plaintiff-side litigation.
• Excellent analytical, research, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage litigation responsibilities while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Interest in developing or expanding an insurance defense litigation practice.

Location

Sewickley, PA (Pittsburgh Area) – Join our team in person during your initial onboarding period, approximately one month, with work-from-home flexibility available afterward.

Note

We are seeking attorneys with 2+ years of civil litigation experience, strong legal writing skills, and hands-on deposition and motion practice experience. Candidates with less experience and substantial insurance defense backgrounds are also encouraged to apply. Insurance defense experience is preferred, not required.
