Confidential Employer in Philadelphia, PA, seeks an attorney to handle general liability and personal injury defense matters from opening through resolution. You will develop case strategy, manage pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of personal injury defense or liability claims defense experience.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Pennsylvania Bar license in good standing.
• Experience managing litigation matters and discovery.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Deposition experience strongly preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent time management, organization, and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively.
• Collaborative and detail-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage general liability and personal injury defense matters from opening through resolution.

• Communicate effectively with insurance carriers, corporate clients, insureds, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on complex liability matters.
