Confidential Employer in Harrisburg, PA seeks an experienced associate to manage and support sophisticated commercial litigation from strategy through resolution. You will draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other substantive documents while handling diverse client matters.

The ideal candidate has a Pennsylvania bar license, 3+ years of complex commercial litigation experience, and strong research, writing, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Bar license required.
• 3+ years of complex commercial litigation experience required.
• Trial or first-chair experience preferred but not required.
• New Jersey Bar admission is a plus.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support complex commercial litigation matters from initial strategy through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other substantive legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop persuasive written and oral arguments.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, conferences, and trial preparation.
• Analyze complex factual and legal issues and help develop effective case strategies.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and internal legal teams.
• Work closely with experienced litigators while building greater ownership of matters and client relationships.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
