Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a skilled Legal Assistant to join the Litigation Team. The role supports in-house attorneys on Healthcare Business matters, handling paralegal and administrative tasks with strong multitasking and deadline discipline.

You will manage subpoenas, assist with NSA Act matters, coordinate discovery, prepare reports, and support special legal projects, while maintaining confidentiality and professional integrity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of legal support experience including subpoena processing and small claims litigation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the litigation matter intake process and assign matters.
• Independently manage subpoenas and requests for records to securely provide data.
• Support in-house attorneys with NSA Act related cases and administrative proceedings.
• Coordinate the discovery process and track deadlines and deliverables.
• Provide travel arrangements, process reimbursements, and manage check requests for settlements.
• Prepare and distribute litigation matter reports for case management.
• Lead or contribute to special legal projects and initiatives.
• Demonstrate analytical ability, good judgment and organizational skills in managing litigation matters.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
