Responsibilities

• Maintain litigation matter intake in Legal Tracker and coordinate workflows
• Manage subpoenas and records requests from state/government agencies
• Support in-house attorneys on NSA and other administrative proceedings
• Coordinate discovery: legal holds, document/data collection, deadlines
• Provide travel and expense support, process check requests
• Prepare and distribute litigation matter reports
• Lead or contribute to special legal projects as needed
• Demonstrate strong judgment, organization and analytical ability
