Qualifications

2+ years of legal support experience with subpoena processing and small claims litigation.

Responsibilities

Maintain litigation matter intake, open/close matters in Legal Tracker, coordinate workflow and assignments.
Manage third-party subpoenas and records requests from state/government agencies, ensuring compliant handling.
Support in-house attorneys on NSA Act cases and other admin proceedings.
Coordinate discovery: issue legal holds, manage documents, track deadlines, and collaborate with stakeholders and counsel.
Provide administrative support, travel, reimbursements, and check requests for settlements.
Prepare and distribute litigation matter reports for management and reporting needs.
Lead or contribute to special legal projects.
Demonstrate analytical ability, good judgment and organization in managing matters.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
