Job summary

Cooler Master USA is seeking a technically driven Field Applications Engineer to support our thermal management and liquid cooling solutions. This highly mobile role requires frequent travel to customer sites and acts as the primary liaison between customers, Sales, and Engineering.

The role involves pre-sales consultation, product demonstrations, installation support, troubleshooting, and post-sales technical assistance for data center, AI server, and industrial applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Field Applications Engineer, Application Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Field Service Engineer, or similar customer-facing engineering role.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support during pre-sales and post-sales phases.
• Travel to customer sites for demonstrations, installations, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Sales to tailor technical solutions for applications.
• Conduct onsite customer training for product implementation and adoption.
• Liaise with Engineering to relay customer feedback and product requirements.
• Support product evaluations, testing, and performance analysis at customer locations.
• Prepare technical documentation and visit summaries.
