Job summary

Cooler Master USA is seeking a hands-on Field Application Engineer to support deployment and integration of liquid cooling solutions for data center applications. The role is primarily customer-facing, involving installation, troubleshooting, and technical support for high-tech customers.

The position prefers full professional bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese, and requires travel to client sites and data centers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Thermal, or related field.
Fluency in English and Mandarin preferred.
Experience with liquid cooling and thermal systems.
CAD and thermal simulation tools knowledge.
Willingness to travel to client sites and data centers.

Responsibilities

Interface with high-tech customers to understand requirements and provide tech support.
Travel to data centers to demonstrate, install, and train customers.
Address inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
Liaise between customers and engineering teams to convey feedback.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, thermal, and system issues.
Support system integration and performance validation.
Communicate findings via reports and design reviews.
Provide technical input for RFQs and customer requirements.
Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
