Qualifications

• Two years of logistics/supply chain, dispatching, transportation, engineering, or business analyst/project management experience.
• Five years leadership experience.
• Current Class A driver's license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor loads and adjust linehaul plans with HUB Operations to optimize the network.
• Communicate load consolidation decisions to Hub Ops to minimize miles and costs.
• Collaborate with Line Dispatch and HUB Operations to address late lines and recovery contingencies.
