Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years administrative or clerical experience; Fleet experience preferred.
• High School Diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety by adhering to the Company Safety Program.
• Follow up with facility personnel on maintenance issues.
• Admin fleet maintenance records and daily processing of fleet invoices.
• Handle phone calls, filing, and data entry.
• Maintain all fleet files and costing sheets.
