Job summary

OnTrac in Bethel, PA is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead warehouse operations at the Bethel facility. You will oversee daily activities, drive efficiency, and coordinate with the Regional General Manager to align with corporate goals.

The role requires strategic leadership, a track record in last-mile or parcel logistics, and strong people management skills. It offers a Friday–Monday night shift, competitive benefits, and opportunities to influence service quality and cost

Qualifications

• GED or diploma is required; a bachelor’s in logistics or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience, 2 in a similar industry.
• Experience with last-mile delivery or small parcel operations is highly desirable.
• Ability to lead, coach and motivate a team with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee all aspects of warehouse operations.
• Direct planning, budgeting, and reporting to Regional General Manager.
• Maintain staffing levels, coach and develop staff, ensure contract adherence.
• Oversee vendors/independent contractors and ensure service quality.
