Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience, 2+ years in a similar industry or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 6 years' experience in industry or related field; or an equivalent combination of experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct facility management in development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization's services.
• Direct, plan and budget preparation based on corporate goals and objectives.
• Evaluate the results of overall operations and report to Regional Operations and General Managers.
• Coach, develop, reward and manage performance of hourly and salaried staff.
• Ensure adherence to contract terms and coordinate with Vendors and Independent Contractors.
