Ideal candidate qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in linehaul transportation or LTL operations preferred
• Strong understanding of DOT Regulations
• Hands‑on leadership style
• Effective communication skills with the ability to lead teams and collaborate cross‑functionally
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for driving positive culture and leading/directing 6+ individuals across your shift
• Effectively guide 150+ terminal managers in the day‑to‑day leadership of 1500+ Linehaul drivers
• Ability to understand and review network and regulatory compliance in an established Linehaul network
• Ability to articulate and interact with divisional level leadership on Linehaul related matters
• Oversee the supervisory level integration of related departments, and their responsibilities, into the Linehaul department structure
• Function in a highly service oriented environment
• Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in linehaul operations, including cost reduction and service enhancement
