Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Two years logistics/supply chain, dispatching, transportation, engineering, or business analyst experience.
• Five years leadership experience.
• Current Class A driver’s license preferred.
• Strong Excel/Word/email skills.
• Able to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment by following policies and procedures.
• Be present at the dock during sorting to monitor load volumes.
• Communicate load consolidation decisions to Hub Ops to minimize lines and costs.
• Collaborate daily with Hub Linehaul Managers to maximize network efficiency.
• Monitor load quality and capacity utilization and develop improvement plans.
