Job summary

OnTrac is seeking an Operations Manager in Bethel, PA to lead warehouse operations, drive strategic initiatives, and oversee day-to-day management. Reporting to the Hub Director, you will guide facility operations, staffing, and contractor coordination to meet corporate goals.

The role requires strong leadership, negotiation and organizational skills, with a focus on last-mile or small parcel logistics. OnTrac offers a comprehensive benefits package and a dynamic, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• GED/Diploma required; bachelor's degree in Logistics or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5 years management experience, with 2 in a similar industry; or equivalent education/experience.
• 6+ years in industry or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Last-mile delivery or Small Parcel experience highly desired.
• Experience with independent contractor model; strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to inspire a shared vision and empower a team.
• Strong organization and time-management skills using MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct facility management in the development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization's services.
• Direct, plan and budget preparation based on corporate goals and objectives.
• Evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and report to Regional Operations and General Managers.
• Maintain engineered staffing levels for all positions including coaching, rewards and performance management.
• Ensure adherence to the contract and coordinate with Vendors and Independent Contractors for accountability.
