Mondelez International in the United States seeks a dedicated internal technical master at the line level to ensure the team performs at a level that sustains and improves business results across safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale.

You will operate and maintain equipment, lead shutdown maintenance, drive root-cause analysis, and coach line teams while applying autonomous and progressive maintenance standards to prevent losses and support new product development.

Competenze

• Experience with Autonomous maintenance (AM) Step 4 systems and Progressive maintenance (PM) Step 3 systems.
• Ability to lead line teams and coach workers while improving safety, quality and efficiency.
• Experience with root-cause analysis and implementing countermeasures to reduce downtime.

Mansioni

• Operate and maintain equipment to achieve safety, quality, cost, delivery and morale targets.
• Lead shutdown maintenance, loss analysis and breakdown elimination.
• Provide coaching and training for the line team and manage plan–do–check–adjust cycles.
