Mondelēz International is seeking a senior manufacturing leader to head production operations in the United States. The role focuses on achieving safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets while implementing the IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma journey.

You will lead governance, engage line teams, and ensure adherence to GMP, quality, and safety standards while building a high-performing organization with strong talent development and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in a CPG environment with TPM/LEAN/6 Sigma concepts.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based setting; analytics and problem solving.
• Engineer with strong financial and business acumen, project management, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations and deliver safety, quality, cost, and productivity targets.
• Coach line leaders; cascade plans and KPIs to employees and ensure alignment.
• Establish governance to review performance and drive continuous improvement toward best-in-class operation.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, health and environmental standards.
• Collaborate across functions to meet site KPIs and budget; build a sustainable workforce.
• Drive talent development and engagement across the manufacturing team.
