Job summary

Mondeléz International in the United States is seeking a maintenance expert to lead planning, process development and implementation of Planned Maintenance in a CI manufacturing environment. You will manage this through technical and non-technical teams, contractors and operations personnel.

The role emphasizes partnering with line leaders to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets while owning PM systems and line budgets.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of autonomous maintenance and PM standards.
• Ability to coach SWP owners and drive PDCA across the line.
• Experience developing goals, coaching performance, and IDP.

Responsibilities

• Partner with line leaders to hit SQCDSM targets and participate in daily management meetings.
• Own technology, processes, centerline settings, PM and R&M budgets.
• Develop and execute preventive and time-based maintenance plans and build technician skills.
• Collaborate with Asset and Reliability teams to improve systems and cost reductions.
• Support VSU initiatives and train PM topics plant-wide.
