Job summary

Danone North America, LLC is hiring a Line Leader for our West Jordan, Utah facility. You will lead the Line Team and Line Trio to achieve safety, quality, cost and production objectives, while developing capabilities and driving daily management systems.

You’ll coach frontline staff, develop action plans, ensure staffing, and apply GMP and safety standards on a 60–80% floor presence. Join a team focused on continuous improvement in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4-year engineering degree preferred or 3-5 years manufacturing experience with demonstrated technical aptitude and leadership capability.
• Experience leading teams in food, beverage, CPG, or other high-speed manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to the Line Team and Line Trio through clear priorities and direction.
• Develops Annual and 90-Day action plans for the line(s).
• Ensures line staffing is adequate and available.
• Drives accountability within the team and self to implement Danone IWS principles.
• Trains on key Daily Management Systems to technicians, including evaluation and qualification.
• Support supply chain loss analysis and elimination.
• Lead daily direction setting and ownership of critical safety, quality, cost, and delivery metrics.
• Standardize equipment and processes; update procedures as changes occur.
