Job summary

Danone North America in Minster, Ohio is seeking a Line Leader to guide the Line Trio and Line Team toward safety, quality, cost and production goals. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership on the production floor 60-80% of the time.

You will implement Daily Direction Setting (DDS), IWS principles and coach front-line staff while ensuring GMP and food safety standards. The position offers a strong benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level or higher engineering education preferred with leadership exposure.
• Engineering background or manufacturing leadership experience is valued.
• High School/GED is required as a minimum qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline leadership to Line Team and Line Trio with clear priorities.
• Develop annual and 90-day action plans for lines.
• Ensure adequate staffing and staffing plans.
• Lead and coach teams using Daily Management Systems (DMS).
• Train on key processes and evaluate staff qualifications.
• Use data to identify process losses and drive improvements.
• Lead the Daily Direction Setting (DDS) process and maintain standards.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment and adherence to GMP and safety rules.
