Job summary

Danone USA in West Jordan, UT is seeking a Night Shift Production Manager to lead all night shift manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, compliant production of quality products and meeting safety, quality, productivity, cost, and engagement goals.

You will spend 60–80% on the production floor coaching operators, driving continuous improvement, and partnering with cross-functional teams to balance schedules while upholding GMP, FDA, and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; engineering degree preferred.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience with leadership.
• Experience supervising support personnel is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly associates to meet safety, quality and productivity goals.
• Provide clear direction and hold team accountable for results.
• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill production requirements.
• Conduct regular performance feedback and evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, FDA, ISO and plant SOPs.
• Drive continuous improvement and problem-solving activities.
