Job summary

Danone North America is hiring a Line Leader in Mount Crawford, VA. This role leads the Line Team and Line Trio to deliver safety, quality, and production objectives while driving continuous improvement.

Key duties include staffing, planning, training, and applying Danone IWS principles on the floor. Expect to spend 60–80% on the line and collaborate with engineers and maintenance leaders for standardization and losses reduction.

Qualifications

• 4-year engineering degree or equivalent preferred.
• High School/GED required.
• 3+ years manufacturing experience with leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads Line Team and Line Trio to meet safety, quality, cost and production goals.
• Develops annual and 90-day action plans for the line(s).
• Ensures line staffing is adequate and available.
• Drives safety, GMP and ethics compliance and Daily Management Systems.
• Coaches front-line workers, conducts performance appraisals, and back-ups for leadership.
