Job summary

Danone North America is seeking a Line Leader in Minster, OH to drive safety, quality, cost and production objectives on the manufacturing line. This role leads the Line Team and Line Trio, develops action plans, ensures staffing, and promotes continuous improvement under IWS and GMP standards.

The position emphasizes on-floor leadership, training, and collaboration with Process Engineer and Maintenance Leader to optimize line performance and daily management systems.

Qualifications

• 4-year engineering degree or equivalent preferred.
• Or 3-5 years manufacturing experience with demonstrated technical aptitude and leadership
• High School/GED required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to the Line Team and Line Trio through clear priorities and direction.
• Develops Annual and 90-Day action plans for the line(s).
• Ensures line staffing is adequate and available.
• Drives accountability within the team and self to implement and follow IWS principles.
• Trains on Daily Management Systems to technicians and participates in qualification.
