Job summary

Danone USA is seeking a Line Leader to drive line results and capability development for the Line Trio and Line Team, delivering safety, quality, cost, and production objectives. You will lead the team on the shop floor (60-80% of time), direct Daily Management Systems, and coach operators to reduce losses and improve performance while adhering to GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4-year engineering degree or 3-5 years manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams in food/bev/CPG or high-speed manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline leadership to Line Team and Line Trio with clear priorities and direction.
• Develop annual and 90-day action plans for line(s).
• Ensure adequate line staffing and safety/compliance.
• Drive IWS, DMS training, and daily management systems.
