Job summary

Danone USA is seeking a Night Shift Production Manager in West Jordan, Utah to lead overnight manufacturing operations, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and coach frontline teams. You will champion continuous improvement, manage shift performance, and ensure regulatory compliance across GMP, FDA, and ISO standards.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership on the floor, cross-functional collaboration, and accountability for meeting SQCDMN metrics while maintaining a strong safety culture

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
• 3+ years manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience supervising support personnel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly associates to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Provide daily coaching and feedback to frontline teams.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, FDA, ISO standards.
• Perform regular shift evaluations and oversee timekeeping.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce cost and strengthen output.
