Job summary

Danone North America is seeking a Night Shift Production Manager in West Jordan, UT. The role leads night shift manufacturing operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production of high-quality products.

You will coach operators, drive continuous improvement, and maintain adherence to GMP, FDA, and ISO standards. The position emphasizes on-floor leadership 60–80% of time, with cross-functional collaboration and a focus on accountability, team engagement, and operational excellence

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.
• 3+ years manufacturing experience with leadership.
• Experience supervising support personnel.

Responsibilities

• Manage hourly associates to meet Safety, Quality, and Productivity goals.
• Provide strong leadership and set consistent expectations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet production requirements.
• Promote a positive team atmosphere and engage all employees.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of hourly staff.
