Job summary

Danone USA is seeking a Line Leader based in West Jordan, Utah to drive safety, quality, cost and production results. You will lead the Line Team and Line Trio to advance line capability through IWS principles and daily management practices.

The ideal candidate has a manufacturing leadership background, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP. This role requires on-site presence in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
4-year engineering degree or 3–5 years’ manufacturing leadership experience.
Experience leading teams in food/beverage/CPG or high-speed manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Lead Line Team and Line Trio to meet safety, quality, cost and production objectives.
Develop annual and 90-day action plans for lines.
Ensure adequate staffing and drive daily management systems (DMS/IWS).
Train and coach employees; conduct timely performance appraisals.
Own daily management elements and standardize equipment/work processes.
Spend 60-80% on the floor and identify/process losses for improvement.
