Job summary

You will train staff, driveDaily Direction Setting, and collaborate with Process Engineer and Maintenance Leader to standardize processes and implement improvements. This role requires 60-80% floor time and flexibility for extended shifts.

Qualifications

• 4-year engineering degree or 3-5 years manufacturing experience with leadership
• High School/GED required

Responsibilities

• Lead Line Team and Line Trio to achieve safety, quality, cost and production objectives.
• Develop annual and 90-day action plans for the lines.
• Ensure adequate staffing and line availability.
• Train on Daily Management Systems (DMS) and evaluate qualifications.
• Drive continuous improvement and support 24/7 manufacturing operations.
