Job summary

Danone U.S. is seeking a Line Leader for the Minster, Ohio plant to guide the Line Team toward safety, quality, and production goals. The role emphasizes coaching, daily problem-solving, and continuous improvement on the manufacturing floor.

You will spend significant time on the shop floor (60-80%), drive daily direction, and partner with process and maintenance to optimize line performance and employee development.

Qualifications

• 4-year engineering degree or equivalent preferred.
• Or 3-5 years manufacturing experience with leadership.
• High School/GED required, demonstrates basic technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to frontline Line Team and Line Trio with clear priorities.
• Develop annual and 90-day action plans for line(s).
• Ensure adequate staffing and ongoing training on DMS and safety.
• Drive OE improvements and lead daily management systems (DDS).
• Collaborate with engineers and maintenance to standardize processes.
