Job summary

Danone U.S. in West Jordan, UT is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to drive continuous improvement on the production line. You will partner with Line Leader and Maintenance Leader to improve equipment reliability, standardize processes, and eliminate losses on the line.

You’ll lead data-driven problem solving, train frontline teams, and deliver measurable improvements across safety, quality, delivery, and cost in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline is required.
• Manufacturing environment experience with technical problem-solving and leadership is preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis and process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve process reliability, efficiency, and equipment performance.
• Identify, prioritize, and eliminate process losses through data analysis and CI activities.
• Partner with production leaders to establish standards and optimize operating procedures.
• Drive troubleshooting efforts and build technical capability across the organization.
• Support change management, validation activities, and process improvements.
• Develop and deliver technical training on equipment and processes.
• Spend significant time on the production floor coaching teams and driving results.
