LINE LEADER

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Line Leader for a company based in Moody, AL.

Pay Rate $22.00 to $23.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:45 pm.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a team of production employees on assigned production lines.
• Ensure production schedules, quotas, and deadlines are met.
• Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Verify proper setup, operation, and changeovers of production equipment.
• Train new employees on safety procedures, quality standards, and job responsibilities.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of line employees.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bilingual, Spanish and English would be a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or food production experience required.
• Prior leadership, lead operator, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Basic computer and paperwork documentation skills.
