PRODUCTION TEAM MEMBER

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a dependable and motivated Production Team Member for a top automotive supplier in Madison, Alabama. Pay Rate

• 1st Shift $14.00 with $1.00 perfect attendance BONUS
• 2nd Shift $15.80 with $1.00 perfect attendance BONUS
• Hybrid Shift $16.00 with $1.00 perfect attendance BONUS

Schedule and Hours

• Monday through Friday
• 1st Shift 7:00AM- 3:30PM
• 2nd Shift 3:20PM- 11:50PM
• Hybrid Shift 9:00AM- 5:30AM

Production Team Member Duties and Responsibilities

• This position is in a typical Manufacturing Environment Emphasizing teamwork, safety, training, and disciple
• Follows Standard Work Process
• Performs a specific task ora number ofpredetermined tasks in the assembly process
• Performs repetitive tasks such as attaching or affixing pre-manufactured components and parts to main product as it moves through the production line
• Prepares parts for shipment
• Notifies Team Leader of defective parts, equipment, tools, materials, nonstandard assembly work or other conditions, which hinder the assembly process
• Participatesin group meetingsin order toexchange anyjob-relatedinformation and quality standards are being consistently met
• Ensures that the time, material and waste is minimized

Production Team Member Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to operate various assembly tools
• Sufficient physical reflexes and personal mobility
• Must be a team player and communicate effectively
• Assist in continuous improvement and be adaptable to change

• Must be able to work on their feet for long periods of time and will be required to lift up-to 35lbs
