Job summary

Ditsch USA LLC is seeking a Line Lead for our Cincinnati, Ohio facility. You will lead line operations in a fast-paced food production environment, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while coordinating shift staffing and maintaining GMP standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement, with a pay range of $23-$25 per hour for the second shift, Monday–Friday with weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably a food environment.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• 80/20 floor to office ratio.
• Familiarity with PLC-controlled equipment, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster & maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring safety and environmental programs compliance.
• Oversee production lines to meet schedules, staffing, sanitation, PM work and changeovers.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement countermeasures to prevent recurrence.
• Adhere to GMPs and food handling requirements, providing training as needed.
• Coordinate shift staffing and ensure smooth production transitions and efficiency.
• Communicate line breaks or gaps to supervisor and propose resolutions.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
