Job summary

Ditsch USA LLC in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking a Line Lead in the Food Industry to drive production on the night shift. The role reports to the Shift Supervisor and starts at $22.75–$24.75 per hour, with 3rd shift from 10pm to 6am and weekends as needed.

You will lead safety, quality, and efficiency on the production floor, manage staffing, coordinate changeovers, and coach team members to meet the schedule and cost specifications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred and beneficial.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles helps drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead line operations to meet production schedule and cost targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
• Coach and evaluate team members to drive performance and safety.
• Coordinate changeovers and ensure proper staffing across shifts.
• Document production activities and communicate updates to the supervisor.
