Ditsch USA is seeking a hands-on Line Lead for the 2nd shift at our Cincinnati facility. You will lead a production team, coach operators, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on the floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with at least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading a team and coaching operators on the floor.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to read production documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support production employees during the shift.
• Keep production moving safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards.
• Monitor workflow, staffing, changeovers, and shift transitions; document production activities.
