Job summary

DITSCH USA in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a Line Lead in the Food Industry for the production team. Starting pay is $22.75–$24.75 per hour, with a 3rd shift 10pm-6am and weekend availability as needed.

You will lead safety, quality and operational efficiency across production lines, coach team members, ensure GMP compliance, and maintain schedule adherence while driving continuous improvement. High school diploma and manufacturing leadership experience required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum two years manufacturing experience.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret production documents in English.

Responsibilities

• Foster a clean, safe work environment and enforce safety programs.
• Lead and coach production staff to meet daily targets.
• Coordinate shift changeovers and ensure on-time start-up.
• Review schedule and optimize changeovers for efficiency.
• Ensure GMP compliance and proper labeling of products.
• Complete production paperwork accurately with supervisors.
