Job summary

Ditsch USA is seeking a Production Line Lead for the 3rd shift in Cincinnati, OH. You will support a fast-paced production team, ensure safe and efficient line operations, and drive needed improvements on the floor.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work weekends. Medical/dental/vision insurance and a 401(k) with company match are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food production.
• Previous leadership or team lead role preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Keep the production line safe, clean, and running efficiently.
• Lead, coach, and support teammates on the floor.
• Monitor schedules and ensure smooth line operations.
• Coordinate shift changes, staffing, and workflow.
• Troubleshoot issues and support continuous improvement.
