Job summary

Ditsch USA is seeking a Line Lead for our Cincinnati, OH production facility. You will oversee shift operations, ensure adherence to GMPs and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement across the line from start to finish.

You will coach team members, monitor performance, and coordinate with the production schedule to meet daily targets while maintaining quality and cost controls. This role offers opportunities for growth within our growing pretzel business.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, safe work area and enforce safety programs.
• Lead shift operations to meet production schedule and cost specs.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement countermeasures to improve safety and efficiency.
• Coach team members and provide performance feedback.
• Coordinate changeovers and ensure proper staffing at shift changes.
• Monitor quality and fill out production paperwork accurately.
• Escalate issues to supervisor as needed.
• Support SOP revisions and training initiatives.
