Job summary

Ascension Coffee in Frisco City, AL is seeking a line cook to join our fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. You will prepare menu items according to recipes, set up and stock stations, and support the BOH team to keep service smooth.

The role requires 3 years of line cook or prep cook experience in fast casual settings, a strong understanding of cooking methods, and the ability to work 8-hour shifts. Valid Food Handler's certificate is required or willing to obtain one.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience as a line cook or prep cook in a high-volume or fast-casual restaurant.
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Accuracy and speed in executing menu items (under 8 minute ticket times).
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work 8-hour shifts or longer.
