EAT Restaurant Partners is hiring a skilled Line Cook to join the kitchen at Red Salt Chophouse & Sushi in Henrico, VA. You’ll help stock stations, prepare dishes, and plate meals under the guidance of senior chefs.

Operate in a fast-paced team, uphold high food safety standards, and contribute to an outstanding dining experience while learning new techniques and advancing your culinary career.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Line Cook in a high-end restaurant.
• Familiarity with diverse cooking techniques and kitchen procedures.
• Comfortable working efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards.
• Sharp attention to detail with multitasking ability under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations for efficient service.
• Prepare food by cleaning, cutting ingredients, and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks.
• Plate dishes following senior chef's guidance to ensure visual appeal and quality.
• Collaborate with fellow cooks to maintain a team-focused approach to food production and service.
• Monitor product freshness and rotate stock according to kitchen schedules.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
