EAT Restaurant Partners is hiring a skilled Line Cook for a high-end, fast-paced kitchen at Red Salt Chophouse & Sushi in Henrico, VA. Join a team that emphasizes mentorship, growth, and exceptional dining experiences.

You will assist with station setup, food prep, plating, and collaborate with cooks to maintain quality, while ensuring food safety and hygiene are upheld in daily service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Line Cook in a high-end setting.
• Familiarity with diverse cooking techniques and kitchen procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
• Strong knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards.
• Attention to detail with multitasking under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Assist with stocking and setting up kitchen stations for efficient service.
• Prepare dishes by cleaning, cutting ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers, and snacks.
• Plate dishes following senior chef’s guidance to ensure visual appeal and quality.
• Collaborate with fellow cooks to maintain a team-focused approach to food production and service.
• Monitor product freshness and rotate stock according to kitchen schedules.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
