Five Iron Golf is hiring a Line Cook/The Dishwasher in Shelby Township, MI. This part-time, non-exempt role supports the team lead in kitchen operations, preparing, cooking, and delivering flavorful dishes to guests for a memorable dining experience.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year kitchen experience, can work independently or with a team, holds health and safety certifications, and is flexible with hours. Expect $16–$18 per hour with nights and weekends required.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a kitchen environment.
• Ability to work independently and with a kitchen team.
• Credentials in health and safety training.
• Certification that meets local requirements.
• Must be flexible with hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs during normal operations.
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest.

Responsabilidades

• Open/close kitchen when needed.
• Prepare a variety of different appetizers/entrees for guests and ensure food preparation to keep the kitchen and line fully stocked.
• Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine.
• Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into dish machine; unload and organize them properly.
• Empty trash containers regularly and maintain a clean work area by sweeping and mopping as needed.
• Perform additional cleaning duties and clean food prep stations and equipment as requested.
• Control and direct the food preparation process while collaborating with front-of-house staff to ensure excellent service.
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each guest.
