Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a line cook or in a kitchen environment preferred but not required.
• Credentials in health and safety training.
• Certification that meets local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Open/close kitchen when needed and manage daily prep tasks.
• Prepare appetizers and entrees; keep kitchen stocked.
• Wash, sanitize pans, utensils, and dishes; maintain dish machine.
• Clean and sanitize prep stations and equipment.
• Coordinate with front-of-house for excellent service and guest experience.
• Deliver consistently high level of customer service to each guest.
