Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open/close kitchen when needed.
• Prepare appetizers and entrees, keep kitchen stocked.
• Wash, sanitize, and maintain pans, utensils, and dishes.
• Clean and maintain dish machine.
• Load/unload dishes and organize them properly.
• Keep work area clean by sweeping/mopping.
• Assist with additional cleaning duties on request.
• Coordinate food prep with front-of-house for service excellence.
• Deliver consistently high level of customer service.
