Job summary

Five Iron Golf in Boston is seeking a flexible Line Cook/The Dishwasher to support the kitchen team in delivering flavorful, high‑quality dishes and spotless service. You will open/close, prep appetizers and entrees, wash dishes, and assist with cleaning duties, while collaborating with front‑of‑house staff to ensure excellent guest experiences.

The role requires at least 1 year kitchen experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and availability for nights and weekends; pay is $19-$21 per hour,

Qualifications

• 1 year of line cook or kitchen experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and with a kitchen team
• Credentials in health and safety training
• Flexible with hours and able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to guests

Responsibilities

• Open/close kitchen when needed
• Prepare appetizers/entrees and keep line stocked
• Wash and sanitize pans, utensils, and dishes
• Clean and maintain dish machine
• Scrape, rinse, and load dishes; organize them
• Empty trash and keep work area clean
• Perform cleaning duties at food prep stations and equipment
• Coordinate with front‑of‑house to ensure excellent service
• Deliver high level of customer service to each guest
