Job summary

This is a part-time, non-exempt role with nights and weekends required. Pay ranges from $16 to $18 per hour; health and safety credentials and flexibility with hours are required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs is needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and with a kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Open/close kitchen when needed.
• Prepare, cook and deliver dishes to guests.
• Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils and dishes.
• Maintain clean work areas and equipment.
• Coordinate with front-of-house for excellent service.
